Nasi lemak in banana leaf

|
Yesterday I brought nasi lemak to my office for Flavours of the World day (everybody was bring own country food and I decided to make nasi lemak) -. A very tiny nasi lemak with strong flavor of coconut and wraped in banana leaves. Just spooned twice in a mouth, then the nasi gone hehhehehe.. so small. I never expected my office mate like coconut milk as it contains higher colestrol and i believe they were very concerned abouth their health. But I'm misjudged them, they were so excited to try and asking about it.

Episode kaki yang mengeletik nak berjalan

Din said : finish your work...
I said : done already (just done to open new word file with nothing inside hehheh he never know..)
that was my first episode of 'kaki yang menggeletik nak berjalan'. what mean menggeletik?.. My mom used to use this word since I was child referring to me when i asked to go somewhere... hehhehe (berjalan je ngopenye ye kamu - sib baik din sporting nak jaga nadiah kat rumah....) miss my perak word so much..  .

welcome my new "C" and good bye for the old "C"

It wasn't my idea... even I loved my old blue C but. ...already knew and accepted, should let it go one day. Bye bye my C----------------- (my blue Car). December 2006 I bought it for 480 and paid 40 for MOT and also nearly 100 for road tax. that's mean the total cost was 620. last two weeks someone from dorset paid me 740 for that car. not bad...
Now got new C.. more inteligent C ------ computer... paid for it 520 nearly same price with my xps dell lap top. thanks to my cleaner (hehhe my hubby) because he paid all the cost.

meat ball oooo meat ball

this is my first trial!!!!
ingat tak ingat resepi yang amel berikan.. tp aku da ubah skek skek taruk baking powder n bicarbonate soda untuk melembutkan meat ball ni....
bahan daripada
1/2 km mince meat
beg tapioca flour (lupa plak nak tgk beratnya berapa).
sedikit black paper
garam
bicarbonate soda n baking powder
rebus hingga timbul (pastikan bebetul masak baru angkat)
inilah hasilnya..

Trip to Bath

Apa yang menarik di Bath?....
perjalanan kami kali ni menggunakan train dari city central southampton siap ada transit-transit lagi di westbury... huh 5 minutes pulak tu nasib baik tak tertinggal train ke bath spa... dulu2 boleh la jalan laju2 anak sorang ni dok sebok nak pikul bag lagi.. stroler lagi... hem nasib baik ada makcik expert hehhehe (aizam le tu).
Bath... aku selalu dok dengar cerita bandar ni cantik.. cantik ker? boleh la..... banyak bangunan lama sebenarnya... tp aku rasa mungkin kami tak explore habis tu sbb rasa mcm biasa jer... dah la tu terkial2 masa naik bas sightseeing... tak plan betul2 agaknya aci main redah jer..
walaubagaimana pun enjoy juga... da lama tak jalan keluar dari soton...
